Quality standard

All residential units are prepared to a high standard. The large-format triple glazed French windows ensure great insulation and are equipped with a preparation for exterior blinds. Three-layer wood surfaces are in living rooms; corridors and bathrooms floors are made of large-format tiles. The terraces are made of Siberian larch. The entrance doors to the apartment meet the requirements of fire safety class 3; the interior doors with magnetic locks are solid, veneered or white lacquered (semi-matt), with non-rebated frame equipped with hinges adjustable in three directions. The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality ceramics; in the living rooms there is a preparation for a fitted kitchen. Kitchen units can be tailored to your requirements and needs. Heating and cooling is ensured by fan coil units (VRF system); electric floor heating mats and ladder style heating racks are fitted in bathrooms. This particular heating system allows accurate energy readout for the individual room and unit. The system includes intelligent heating and cooling control with the possibility to connect to the hotel system and the use of concierge services. High-speed Internet with satellite television is a matter of course. The Tee House is a part of the 24/7-guarded resort located behind the barrier. Public areas of the resort are supervised and monitored using CCTV cameras. Access to buildings and garages is controlled by magnetic cards.

Most of the apartments provide breath-taking scenic views of the surrounding Beskids and the ninth hole of the championship Old Course of the Golf Resort Čeladná. Listen to the sounds of nature at the Tee House Čeladná, enjoy some peace and quiet in the evenings whilst admiring the marvellous views of the Beskids, i.e. Lysá hora, Smrk, Ondřejník, Kněhyně, Malá Stolová and Velká Stolová.

Create an apartment in accordance with your requirements! If you are not satisfied with any of the proposed dispositions, it is possible to combine the apartments (up to a certain stage of the development process of the construction) in order to create your own layout according to the possibilities of the modular construction system. For instance, by combining two 2+kk apartments you will get a beautiful family 4+kk apartment or a 3+kk apartment with a spacious living room and generous bedrooms. Your options are not limited: if you wish to combine the entire exclusive third floor in building B, this can be realised. If it is your desire to connect smaller units to get more space for your family, this option is also possible. Everything depends on your requirements, so long as your wishes are conveyed at the right stage of the development and construction process. Later alterations can be made with respect to structural limitations and technological constraints. Rent a second home in Čeladná

If you are considering buying a mountain apartment but you are not entirely sure whether you or your family will fully use it, try one of the options for long-term rentals. We can offer you a one-year or two-year rental with a concessionary lease, or a three-year rental with the highest percentage of concession. In the case of long-term rental, you can use the apartment with all the benefits and possibilities of the Golf Resort Čeladná. In the case of long-term rentals, we also present the possibility of an investment lease, when you can buy your apartment for a predetermined price by offsetting against it the rent already used and paid.
